General conditions
“General conditions of a visit to the lodge”
These conditions cover this website and every visit to the lodge. They are short, and they are meant to be read.
The conditions
“What applies when you visit”
What these conditions cover
These conditions apply to the website at karrilodge.com and to every visit to the lodge at 38 Mottram Street, Manjimup. By reserving a table, or by coming through the green door, you accept them. If anything is unclear, please ask the host before you arrive, and the answer will be given plainly.
Chips have no value
All games in the casino room are played with chips. Chips are counters supplied by the lodge. They carry no money value, cannot be bought, sold, lent or exchanged, and stay in the room. No game involves money, and no prize is offered other than a name on the honour board and the title of Champion of the night.
Nothing is played online
The lodge has no online games, no app and no remote play. The casino tables exist only in the building and only for guests who are present. This website describes the lodge and takes booking requests; it is not a place to play anything.
Links to other sites
This website may link to maps or to other businesses in the Southern Forests. The lodge does not control those sites and is not responsible for what they say or do. Please read their own terms before relying on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Australian law. A dispute that cannot be settled by a conversation with the floor manager will be decided by the courts of Western Australia, to which both the guest and the lodge submit.
Complaints
Tell the host or Glenn Russo on the night, or write to the booking address. Every complaint is answered in writing within seven days. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may take the matter to the consumer authority of the state.
Changes
The lodge may revise these conditions. The version on this page is the one that applies on the day you read it, and the date of your visit decides which version governs the visit.
Age and conduct
“Age limit and the conduct of a visit”
The casino room admits guests aged 18 and over only, and photo identification is checked at the green door on every visit.
Younger guests may dine with an adult in the dining room but may not enter the casino room at any time.
Guests follow the house rules on the page called How we run the tables, and the instructions of staff on the night.
The lodge may ask a guest to leave if the calm of the room is disturbed, and will do so with courtesy.
Photographs and text on this website belong to the lodge and may not be reused without written permission.
The lodge takes reasonable care of guests and their belongings but cannot answer for items left unattended.
Nothing in these conditions limits any right that a guest has under Australian consumer law.
